Saturday 19th November 2022, The Manor Hotel, Meriden
Once again, we are at The Manor Hotel, Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders meeting to discuss the 2022 season and the new 2023 season. We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to and would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2023, please email these suggestions beforehand so we can have a think about them.
We shall of course be having our usual raffle and auction of items you bring along; all proceeds this year will be split between The ACU Benevolent Fund and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Timetable for the day
- 1.00pm onwards. Arrive at the hotel, all rooms may not be available at this time.
- 3:30pm Riders meeting in the Guernsey Suite (coffee and biscuits)
- 7:00pm pre-dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area
- 7:30pm Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite
- 1:00am bar closes.

Prices include breakfast.
We have 35 rooms reserved until four weeks before (22nd October), so to be safe book your room before the 12th October. When you ring up, mention The Lansdowne as these are special rates for us.
For those staying at the hotel the dinner will be charged to your room; those not staying at the hotel please send Richard Adams a post-dated cheque (10th November) made payable to The Manor at Meriden Ltd for £29.50 per head.
