Once again, we are at The Manor Hotel, Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders meeting to discuss the 2021 season and the and the new 2022 season. We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to and would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2022, please email these suggestions beforehand so we can have a think about them.
We shall of course be having our usual raffle and auction of items you bring along; all proceeds this year will be split between The ACU Benevolent Fund and Macmillan Cancer Support.

We have 35 rooms reserved until four weeks before (22nd October), therefore please book your room prior to 12th October. Be sure to mention that you are a guest of The Lansdowne as these are special rates for us.
For those staying at the hotel the dinner will be charged to your room; those not staying at the hotel please send Richard Adams a post-dated cheque (10th November) for £29.50 per head, made payable to The Manor Hotel, Meriden.

- 13.00 onwards. Arrive at the hotel, all rooms may not be available at this time.
- 15:30 Riders meeting in the Guernsey Suite (coffee and biscuits)
- 19:00 pre-dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area
- 19:30 Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite
- 1:00am bar closes.
