Saturday 24th November, The Manor Hotel Meriden

Once again we are at The Manor in Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders’ meeting to discuss the 2018 season and the new 2019 season.

We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to and would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2019, please email these suggestions beforehand so we can have a think about them. There will be no guest speaker this year, instead after proceedings there will be a disco at the far end of the bar area where you can dance the night away, or you can stay chatting in the dining area. We shall of course be having our usual raffle and auction of items you bring along, all proceeds this year will go to our friend Clive Ling’s wife Donna.

The dinner is £27.00 per head and a double/twin room is £88, a single is £78 this includes breakfast. We have 35 rooms reserved until four weeks before, so when you ring up to book mention Lansdowne Dinner as these are special rates for us. For those staying at the hotel the dinner will be charged to your room, those not staying at the hotel please see below for payment information.

From 1:00pm Arrive at the hotel (all rooms may not be available at this time).

3:30pm riders’ meeting in the Guernsey Suite (coffee & biscuits).

7:00pm pre-dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area.

7:30pm Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite.

1:00am bar closes.
