Saturday 15th November 2025, The Manor Hotel, Meriden
Once again we are at The Manor in Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders meeting to discuss the 2025 season and the new 2026 season. We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to and would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2026, please email these suggestions beforehand so we can have a think about them.
Dinner menu is below, please select what you want and email back to Mike Russell with the name of the ‘entrants’ and their dinner choices by the assigned letter, such as A,C,B. If you have attending guests you would like to sit with please include with your email.
Booking Your Hotel Room
We are again at the Manor Hotel with some rooms already assigned to our dinner, but I recommend that you don’t delay in getting your room reserved as they are only reserved until the 18th of October (please mention you are with the Lansowne dinner to get the discounted price)! The price will be £110.00 for sole occupancy and £120.00 for double, both inclusive of breakfast.
The dinner is £35.50 per head which you can add to your room. For those not staying at the hotel please send to Michael Russell a post dated cheque (15th Nov) made payable to ‘The Manor at Meriden Ltd ’. ( £35.50 per head )
Trophy Winners
Those that were lucky enough to win trophies, please can you get in contact with Michael Russell (email and address in this email) to arrange collection/drop off so we have time to get the engraving completed for this year. Thank you for co-operation.
The timetable for the day is as follows:-
From 1.00pm Arrive at the hotel. ( all rooms may not be available at this time).
3.30pm Riders meeting in the Guernsey Suite. (coffee & biscuits).
7.00pm pre dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area.
7.30pm Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite.
1.00am bar closes.
