Saturday 15th November 2025, The Manor Hotel, Meriden
Once again we are at The Manor in Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders meeting to discuss the 2025 season and the new 2026 season. We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to and would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2026, please email these suggestions beforehand so we can have a think about them.
Update for hotel rooms!
We are again at the Manor Hotel with some rooms already assigned to our dinner, but I recommend that you don’t delay in getting your room reserved as they are only until mid October (please mention you are with the Lansdowne dinner to get the discounted price)!
Timetable for the day
- 1.00pm onwards. Arrive at the hotel, all rooms may not be available at this time.
- 3:30pm Riders meeting in the Guernsey Suite (coffee and biscuits)
- 7:00pm pre-dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area
- 7:30pm Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite
- 1:00am bar closes.
Dress code
- Gentlemen: Jacket and tie
- Ladies: Beautiful
