Saturday 9th November 2019, The Manor Hotel, Meriden
Once again, we are at The Manor Hotel, Meriden, where in the afternoon we will have our riders meeting to discuss the 2019 season and the upcoming 2020 season. We should by then have a rough idea of what meetings we are likely to be invited to. We would like feedback from you all about this year and any suggested changes to the way things are done in 2019.

Special guests
This year Steve and Michelle Parrish will be our guests. We shall, of course, be having our usual raffle and auction of items you bring along; all proceeds this year will be split between The ACU Benevolent Fund and Macmillan Cancer Support.

We have 35 rooms reserved until four weeks before, therefore please book your room prior to 12th October. Be sure to mention that you are a guest of The Lansdowne as these are special rates for us.
For those staying at the hotel the dinner will be charged to your room; those not staying at the hotel please send Richard Adams a post-dated cheque (2nd November) made payable to The Manor Hotel, Meriden.
The timetable
- 13.00 onwards. Arrive at the hotel, all rooms may not be available at this time.
- 15:30 Riders meeting in the Guernsey Suite (coffee & biscuits)
- 19:00 pre-dinner drinks in the Aylesford Suite bar area
- 19:30 Dinner served in the Aylesford Suite
- 1:00am bar closes.
